REGALIA Tower — Inside Multimillion Dollar Luxury Residential Building With Oceanfront Location in Sunny Isles Beach

The latest real estate development in Miami that is generating buzz around the globe is South Florida's newest development in luxury living, the REGALIA Tower.

The 46-story condo residential tower is located on the last oceanfront parcel in Sunny Isles Beach, which consists of 39 private residencies including a beach house and penthouse.

Designed by architect Bernardo Fort Brescia, the building design embodies an organic shape inspired by the waves of the ocean and features characteristics that have yet to be constructed in any Miami Beach skyscraper.

REGALIA lives on more than one acre of oceanfront property on Sunny Isles Beach which borders the upscale Golden Beach area in South Florida. Alongside Brescia, Interior Designer Charles Allem developed the ultra-luxe interiors in the condos that complement the 360-degree views of the ocean, city and bay.

All of REGALIA's residences offer one unit per floor featuring flowing glass balconies and wrap around terraces with extensive 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, exotic stone custom counter tops and designer Italian cabinetry - each accessible by private elevator entry.

This contemporary oceanfront masterpiece exudes all new levels of class and sophistication, setting the bar for an uncompromising standard. The lifestyle and leisure facilities are abundant - from a custom designed security system, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a 5-Star international concierge and exclusive beach and poolside service - and these are just a few of the REGALIA's amenities.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom private units are currently listed on the market, ranging upward from $15 million while prices for the Beach House and Penthouse are significantly higher.

The third and fourth floors are occupied by the Beach House, which features a 9,915-square-foot space with eight-bedrooms, nine-and-a-half-bathrooms and a large terrace that includes a private plunge pool, Jacuzzi and personal spa - listed for $30 million.

The four-story Penthouse Residence is a 10,915-square-foot space with nine-bedrooms, 10.5-bathrooms with an 8,700-square-foot exterior space. The exterior features a private rooftop pool, sun deck and personal spa and is currently listed on the market for a whopping $40 million.

The tower was completed in 2013 and only a few of the residences remain untenanted, if you are one of the lucky individuals with the means to allow the extravagance - we applaud you - and we can't help but envy you.
