Sony PlayStation VR Bundle Comes Back Next Week and Includes More Options

Sony announces the return of the PlayStation VR bundle in stores next week. The bundle includes the same items in the original package but this time it comes with a bonus PlayStation VR Worlds disc. It will be available in all North American area.

The sales of Sony PlayStation VR sets have been very successful that it has been sold out to many retailers in North America today. Fortunately, Sony already plans to start sending more stocks and this time offers a better bundle to their consumers at the same price. The units should start to be available to most stores by next week.

In Sony PlayStation's official site, The Sony PlayStation VR bundle costs $499 which includes the PSVR headset, two pieces of Move controllers, PlayStation camera, a demo disc and a bonus PlayStation VR Worlds as an alternative for the horror game “Until Dawn: Rush of Blood” so gamers can play their headset right away. All the accessories included in the bundle will be very useful for the player and are required add-ons to complete the VR gameplay experience. The only thing missing is the PlayStation VR SKU that players have to purchase separately.

The PlayStation VR comes with a 5.7-inch OLED panel and 1080p display resolution. Its headset is equipped with its own processor box so it can initiate the social screen video to the screen and emit 3D audio effects. Moreover, the headset has multiple LEDS for the camera to easily track 360 degrees movement of the head.

After the first month from PlayStation VR official release, its units sold very well across all retailers, including online sellers. Although Sony did not announce the official number of units sold, experts report that demand for the Sony’s VR is even higher when PS1 first launched in the market. In Japan, it has been confirmed that PlayStation VR has sold 51,644 units in just 3 days.
