One of the first things Trump asked in the White House is his favorite Lay's potato chips placed in his private kitchen, according to CNN. This is a huge change from the last two president, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, more healthy preference. This is followed by a new addition to the busts in White House. Now, a Winston Churchill bust joins Martin Luther King Jr in the Oval Office.
As for the things removed in the White House, Realtor.com reported that Trump had to let go the big circle rug that features a quote from MLK Jr and four previous presidents of the country in exchange of the rug from Bush' administration designed by former first lady, Laura Bush. According to the president, the changes had to be done to reflect a more positive outlook in the White House.
The next object added in the president's house, particularly in the Oval Office is a portrait of Andrew Jackson. This change makes a lot of sense as Jackson is said to be the first populist president in the country and is frequently invoked by the president's supporters.
