Architecture design awards 2017 is coming to these key cities in Australia, here's everything you need to know. Australia will be the host to various architecture events, from Western Australia to Queensland.

First off is Western Australia, which will hold the architecture design awards 2017 in the Faculty of Architecture in The University of Western Australia. According to Architecture And Design, some of Western Australia's best architectural pieces will be put up on display.

This is a good way for aspiring architects and interested individuals to look for design ideas since the event is open to the public. Those in attendance will also get the chance to personally chat with local architects and designers. The architecture design awards will be held on March 18 ,2017, starting from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Admission is free, so everyone can walk in and enjoy seeing local architects and their 7-minute presentations. The source also mentioned that there will be over a hundred contestants on the architecture design awards 2017 event.

Western Australia won't be the only part of the country that will be stealing the architecture design spotlight. According to ArchitectureAU, Brisbane will be home to the next architecture design award in the country.

The Queensland State Architecture Awards will be held on June 23. Projects from the awardees of the last year's regional architecture awards will be featured in the upcoming event.

This includes projects such as the Byron Bay House, Coomera Sports and leisure Centre and the Burleigh Street House. These projects won House of the Year, Building of the Year and Regional Project of the Year awards, respectively.

Last year's regional architecture design awards also resulted in 10 projects receiving regional commendations. These 10 projects were picked by the jury, out of the 15 entries in the event. As far as architecture design awards events are concerned, the upcoming shows have Australia covered in the months to come.
