Melissa Kieling, CEO and founder of PackIt, has made Inc's list for the first time, coming in at No.1 fastest growing woman-led business for 2014, and ranked #28 overall.
The consumer products and services company, founded in 2010 in Westlake, Calif., has developed a patented technology for coolers that keeps food and drinks cooled up to 10 hours.
