A new stunning cantilevered house design along Tibet sub-district of the Indonesian capital is highlighted with its multiple mezzanines that are connected with a modern-day style open staircase. The architectural design guarantees space, daylight and ventilation availability making it unique anywhere in Jakarta.

The design is produced by Delution Architect introducing back a one of a kind open staircase connecting multiple mezzanines. This typically measures six meters by fifteen meters of the compact plot. Indeed, this is found to have inexpensive measures that allow the client to add additional room because of the extra money they keep.

Matching the height of the neighbors building, these multiple mezzanines house allows vertical expansion making it a three-story edifies. "The split concept is used to manipulate the facade of the house. The house required a height of three floors but with the split concept it is only seen as being two-floor high from the façade," said the architect and designer of the house in an interview with Dezeen.

Street elevation is also a feature of this design with a ground-floor setback providing its own garage, garden and a shelter below the cantilevered upper story of the multiple mezzanines house. During the initial phase, three of the first multiple mezzanines were completed and was followed by two levels on the following phases. Topping it all, the open staircase complements the visual of the interiors and the clerestory window helps illuminated the upper part of the house.

From the facade, the construction looks exceptional and striking among the many houses found along Tibet sub-district of the Indonesian capital. According to the architect, "the building are composed of materials that are not difficult to maintain, such as aluminum composite panels, glass, fiber glass, reinforced cement, as well as several natural stone accents that are lined with a silicone coating to cover the pores."
