Antique, Decor and Garden Show Events Coming this Spring

The arrival of Spring ushers in the start of several antique, decor and garden shows.  

April 1-5: Marburger Farm Antique Show, Round Top, Texas

An annual antique show event popularly known as “Round Top.” This fair features 350 or more antique dealers scattered around 10 large tents within a 43-acre outdoor field. Visitors can get their hands on a wide variety of antiques, from English to Asian, architectural elements, furnitures, jewelry, paintings, fine arts, prints and textiles. The event also serves as a venue for Dwell with Dignity, a non-profit interior design group which utilizes design as a way to help the homeless.

April 3-6: London Antique Rug and Textile Art Fair

Now in its 4th year, the show will bring in leading designer antiques from the far regions of Anatolia, Central Asia, China, Caucasus, India and Persia. There will also be some dealers coming in from Africa and Europe. The period range for the antiques will cover items before and during the early 20th century. LARTA will also start its online showroom this year.

April 5-6: Bedford Spring Antiques Show, New York
The show, which will run over one weekend in April, will feature vintage furniture, antique glassware, pottery, paintings, prints, jewelry, lighting, clocks, silver and toys. The event aims to raise funds for the St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.

April 11-13: Antiques & Garden Fair Chicago,

On its 14th year, the Antiques & Garden Fair promises more than 100 exhibitors offering classical and contemporary furnishing for gardens, as well as botanical art, and garden design. It will also feature five display gardens from Chicago’s landscape designers. Lectures by Miles Redd and Danielle Rollins are also on the show’s calendar of activities which will be held on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

April 25-27: Antique Garden Furniture Fair, New York City
The Antique Garden Furniture Fair will be held at the New York Botanical Garden conservatory tent. This year’s event also opens its doors to new exhibitors dealing with sculpture, garden furniture, home & garden accessories and garden ornaments.
