Nick and Vanessa Lachey are putting their Los Angeles home back on the market, listing their expansive Tarzana estate for approximately $8.2 million as the couple prepares for another move away from California.

The property has an unusual history. The Lacheys originally purchased the home in 2020, sold it to tennis star Naomi Osaka in 2022 when they relocated to Hawaii, and then bought it back from Osaka in 2025 after returning to California. Now, just over a year after that repurchase, the couple is looking to sell the residence once again.

The current asking price is approximately $8.2 million, with the listing handled by Mauricio Umansky and Craig Knizek of The Agency.

Located in Tarzana in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley, the home spans approximately 6,855 square feet and sits on a nearly 30,000-square-foot lot. Their decision to list it again follows another move away from California. Representatives and listing materials have described the transition as the beginning of a "new chapter" for the family.
