Why ‘Riverdale’ Isn’t Your Average Archie Andrews TV Show

On the latest news about "Riverdale," the show is proving itself to be far from its original comic version. The latest adaptation is simply darker, teen soapy, and perfect! In a past report by Entertainment Weekly, it tackles the latest recap of what happened with "Riverdale" last episode. Supposedly, Jason Blossom, the dead person seen on the riverbank, is finally getting an autopsy and it's shocking to know that there are loopholes on his death.

"Riverdale" murder issue is the fact that adds mystery and darker mood on the show. It's definitely not there on the comic-version where only fun and goofy characters are on. In it, the characters also change a lot that pertains to their personality and persona from their original versions.

According to Polygon, many fans of Archie Andrews' character are rallying now why "Riverdale" version is just too perfect. At the beginning, everyone was so hopeful of the show but it seems their expectations don't meet up with the "perfect" guy. 

All the facts just lead the fans to see that "Riverdale" might be directing to the path of boredom. Archie Andrews now patterns more on the case of the other teen soap leading male characters who themselves are the epitome of greatness. These guys just seem to be all perfect on everything they do.

Lastly, Vulture also supports the same thought of some fans about "Riverdale" getting away from its original goofiness. It states that the long tradition of soap operas are killing what supposedly the distinct personality of the show.

To conclude, "Riverdale" may be not everyone's average Archie Andrews show but surely it packs outstanding storyline everyone will enjoy. Perhaps, everyone just needs to give it a chance!
