Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger Relist Their Pacific Palisades Celebrity Home for $20M

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are giving their Pacific Palisades property another shot at finding a buyer. The couple has relisted the custom-built estate for $19.99 million, marking the fifth time the home has come to market in three years.
The latest asking price is a significant change from the $32 million price attached to the property when it was first listed in 2023. The repeated listings make the estate an especially notable example of the challenges surrounding high-end celebrity real estate, even when the property itself offers the scale and amenities typically associated with luxury celebrity homes.
Inside Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger's Pacific Palisades Celebrity Home
Pratt purchased the Pacific Palisades property for $15.6 million in 2018, when the residence was still under construction. The couple subsequently carried out an extensive renovation, eventually moving into the approximately 11,000-square-foot home in 2021. Architectural Digest describes the finished residence as combining Mediterranean architectural elements with a more contemporary, minimalist interior.
The six-bedroom, 12-bathroom property is designed around expansive entertaining and wellness spaces. Inside, the home features a dramatic great room, a grand living room, a gym, a teakwood spa, a screening room and a golf simulator. A glass wine cellar adds another luxury feature to the interiors.
The outdoor areas continue the resort-like approach. The property has a saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, cabana and basketball court. Its elevated position also provides views toward Santa Monica Bay and the Palos Verdes coastline, adding another major selling point for potential buyers.
Why Are Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger Selling Their House Again?
The latest listing follows several attempts to sell the property. It first entered the market in July 2023 for $32 million. The price was later reduced to $29.99 million before the home was removed from the market and briefly relisted at its original asking price. In 2024, it returned with a $24.5 million price tag before being taken off the market again.
The estate came back in August 2025 for $19.99 million and was removed in March 2026. It has now returned at the same $19.99 million asking price, meaning the current price is about $12 million lower than the original 2023 ask.
The couple's next real estate move also helps put the sale into context. Pratt and Schwarzenegger are building a new custom residence in Brentwood, reportedly near Schwarzenegger's mother, Maria Shriver. While that project is underway, the couple has been renting a Montecito property.

What Does the $20 Million Price Say About Celebrity Real Estate?
The Pacific Palisades mansion offers a useful snapshot of how the ultra-luxury housing market can work differently from the broader residential market. A property can have celebrity ownership, extensive customization, and an unusually long list of amenities, yet still require multiple listing attempts before finding the right buyer.
In this case, the price adjustment is particularly striking because the home was originally marketed at $32 million. At $19.99 million, the current listing places greater emphasis on the property's physical features rather than simply its celebrity connection. The combination of privacy, substantial living space, resort-style amenities, and coastal views gives the residence plenty to attract luxury buyers, while the reduced asking price creates a markedly different proposition from the one presented in 2023.
Shana Tavangarian and Zac Mostame of Carolwood Estates are currently handling the listing. Whether the fifth listing finally results in a sale remains to be seen, but the property has already become one of the more closely watched celebrity homes in the Los Angeles luxury market.
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger's $20 Million Home Enters a New Chapter
For Pratt and Schwarzenegger, the Pacific Palisades estate represents a substantial custom-home project that they occupied for only a few years before turning their attention to another residence. For prospective buyers, the latest listing offers the opportunity to acquire a highly customized Los Angeles property at a price considerably below its original asking figure.
With its extensive amenities, polished interiors, and Southern California views, the mansion remains a standout piece of celebrity real estate. Its fifth appearance on the market now raises a different question than when it first debuted: whether $19.99 million is the figure that finally brings a buyer to the table.
