The amazing architectural design will also feature solar panels and wind turbines to fully support the electric power it needs. Dubai's Dynamic Group which spearheaded the construction of the place said that it will be a luxurious accommodation of personal wellness great for business and leisure.

In another report by Mashable, it added more interesting facts regarding the emergence of Dubai's first-ever rotating skyscraper soon. Technically, the hotel will get supposedly be getting the hyperloop technology, it's actually the 360-degree way that it turns.

The name of "Dynamic Hotel Tower" literally mix with its concept, Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher was apparently the one who proposed this idea last 2008. He envisioned the place to "constant in motion" allowing the hotel guests to get the most amazing view they would pay for an insane price of $30 million.
