Horror Film 2017: 'Annabelle 2' Trailer Reveals Essential Details & Title, Stumbles In One Particular Department

New horror film 2017 trailers often leave a lasting and terrifying impression on the audience, but the "Annabelle 2" trailer undermines one vital element. The sequel to the nightmarish demonic doll movie "Annabelle" finally gets its very own lengthy trailer.

The upcoming horror film 2017 entry known as "Annabelle 2" now has a final title called "Annabelle: Creation." The recently revealed trailer features some chilling glimpses of what's to come.

This includes the "Annabelle: Creation" plot which tells the story of a doll-maker who witnessed the tragic passing of his daughter. He and his wife then take in a nun and a group of girls from an orphanage, into their very own home.

While this creepy horror film 2017 trailer is chilling in its own right, it pretty much pointed out the bulk of what to expect from the story. According to Collider, doing so pretty much takes away the "fun in discovering" the film's plot twists and turns.

The remake of "IT", another horror film 2017 title, was also teased just recently. Unlike the "Annabelle 2" trailer, the one from "IT" showed a more effective teaser by giving a very brief outline of the plot along with short sequences of the film's demonic clown.

While this isn't exactly the same case with the "Annabelle: Creation" horror film 2017 trailer, it will certainly at least feature scares in unpredictable and unexpected ways. According to EW, director David F. Sandberg and producer James Wan will be working together in bringing the possessed doll back to the silver screen.

Sandberg is known for directing his hit horror title "Lights Out", as well as other horror shorts such as "Attic Panic." Wan on the other hand, is pretty much synonymous to scary movies in recent years, as he takes on a wealth of upcoming horror film 2017 titles such as "Saw: Legacy", "Insidious: Chapter 4" and "The Nun."
