Dubai Reaches Dizzying Heights With Possible Rotating Building

There is a saying like "No towered cities will reach the height of the rotating building in Dubai". This depicts that the city, Dubai has the world-class architecture with the world's tallest building. The founding father of Dynamic tower, an Israeli-Italian architect, Dr. David Fisher aimed to build the second tallest building whose height will be 420m tall in 2008.

The architecture of the rotating building plays a vital role in acting as a world's up to the minute architecture. According to Archdaily, this building is designed with 80 storey and 1,273 ft. with independent towers in such a way that it can rotate in 360 degrees in turn to give a comprehensive look. This green edifice takes a complete rotation of 360 degrees between one and three hours.

A central core of this rotating building is the world's first prefabricated skyscraper module. According to What'son, during construction, 90% of the buildings were constructed in the factory and later shipped to fix it in construction. The entire building is equipped with solar panels and wind turbines and this helps in rotating the building independently.

News channels have reported that skyscrapers or the roof toppers would like to experience the dizzying heights of rotating building. The adventure seekers have claimed to experience the most sublime view of this building. Even though the building represents a special challenge for more expensive, lower structure; it is constructed by following the ancient traditional grounding techniques. And the most exciting news is that this rotating building was constructed with 22 months.

Dubai's tower has become one of the unique buildings with structure resistance.  Here, Airbus and Boeing methodologies are added to forge aircraft. Unless the dynamic tower building begins, skyscrapers will surround it. Constructing a building in the factory rather than constructing in the site ensures safety. This idea saved 10% of the completion cost.

Rotating building of Dubai holds the saying "Built for comfort not speed", provides a luxurious living to the retail, apartments, hotels etc. Emirati people own the top ten floors that have luxurious villas with swimming pool, improved security, car parking etc.
