Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is the designer behind Ping An Finance Center. It created the building in the center of Shenzhen's Futian District. It's 100 floors consists of a large public space, multi-storey atrium, restaurants, transits and more.

When CTBUH described Ping An Finance Center, it remarkably noted its tower form which has an outstretched steel cables and pyramid style facade. The word "prismatic aesthetic" stuck on its statement.
