'Sims 4' Cheats: How To Change Sim Gender, Get Twins, Triplets; New Treats For 17th Year

The "Sims 4" enthusiasts recently came up with several cheats to speed things up when creating the dream Sim family. Now, "Sims 4" players may opt to force twins or triplets into their sims or change the gender of the baby. In addition, the "Sims 4" developers are reportedly rolling out special treats for their fans to celebrate the 17th anniversary of the game.

No Cheat To Make Baby Suddenly Appear Yet

While sims may choose to adopt a child on the phone or computer in "Sims 4", sims may also get pregnant in the game regardless of gender. Note that the 'can get pregnant' or 'can get others pregnant option' must be selected in CAS to do this. Additionally, prior to trying for a baby, testingcheats needs to be enabled by pressing Control + Shift + C and Enter: testingcheats true or testingcheats on.

Check to see 'cheats enabled' before going further. Moreover, the sim id is required for the process which may be taken using get_sim_id_by_name in command. Also, for maxing out relationships, key in modifyrelationship John Doe Jane Doe 99 Romance_Main in the command or enter a lower number like 50. Select the second Sim and re-enter the "Sims 4" cheat, Nashville Chatter reported.

To choose a gender in "Sims 4" enter cas.fulleditmode then Shift + Click on the Sim to access the CAS and change the gender of the baby. Alternatively, while the sim is pregnant, the Sim may eat carrots and listen to alternative music to get a boy or eat strawberries and listen to pop music for a girl. EA Launches Special Origin Sale And In-Game Treats To Celebrate Anniversary

In other news, "Sims 4" players may choose to participate in the week-long special event starting Feb. 4, 2017 to celebrate the 17th year anniversary of "The Sims." Note that the "Sims 4" is expected to receive an update on Feb. 2, 2017 with menu changes as well as new items in-game. Shirts to celebrate the game's birthday will also be included, Kotaku reported.

The "Sims 4" developers are further giving away game codes for several DLCs in a daily Twitter raffle. Creative and great players from across the world are also expected to be highlighted on the game's website. Finally, a special discount on Origin awaits "Sims 4" fans.
